A group of civil engineering and construction management students recently participated in live bidding on a construction project for a bridge in the Bellingham area. [more]

Students Envision Facility Designs For Electric Highway

A group of WSU architecture and construction management students is envisioning designs for green highways of the future. The student project was inspired by the recent initiative by Washington State Departments of Transportation (WSDOT) and Commerce to create the first electric highway to be built in the US. The project will establish charging stations for electric vehicles every 80 miles along Interstate-5 from Vancouver, Canada ending in Mexico. [more]
