Safety Tip of the Week

Scary Safe

Halloween is an exciting time of year for kids, and to help ensure they have a safe holiday, here are some tips for trick or treating: Plan a route in advance, wear comfortable shoes, apply reflective tape to your child’s costume, carry a flashlight, make sure costumes don’t drag on the ground, avoid wearing masks to ensure good vision, and check their candy.

For more safety information, contact Environmental Health and Safety at ehs@wsu.edu.
