Dear Colleagues,
As many of you know, Voiland College’s students, staff, and faculty have wide-ranging and divergent demands when it comes to using cutting-edge technology.
To better support our growing high-tech needs, Voiland College is realigning its staff.
Effective today, John Yates, formerly Systems & Services Manager, will now serve Voiland College as Engineering Manager, where he will be using his unique skillset and experience to primarily support the electronic hardware needs of the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), as well as the college when needed. John will report to EECS Director Partha Pande.
Tony Burt, formerly the Systems Administrator for EECS and SDC, will now lead Voiland College’s Information Technology support team as Information Systems Manager, and report directly to Dave Field, VCEA Associate Dean for Research.
