Safety Tip of the Week
Keep a Lid on It!
Wearing a bicycle helmet has been estimated to reduce the chance of head injury by 50 percent, and the chance of head, face, or neck injury by 33 percent. Check that your helmet fits, by making sure it is level on your head, touching all around, comfortably snug but not tight. The helmet should not move more than about an inch in any direction, and must not be able to be pulled off.
