Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Prevention – Mandatory Training

Good Afternoon,

WSU is committed to being an institution that demonstrates trust and respect for all persons and cultivates individual and institutional integrity in all that we do. All Washington State University employees are required to complete discrimination and sexual harassment prevention training. New employees must complete this training within six months of the date of hire, and the course must be completed every five years.

To satisfy the mandatory training requirement, employees can sign up for live or online training. Employees can sign up through the central Human Resource Services portal via the link:
Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Prevention

If you are unsure of the date you completed this training, you can locate your training records by accessing your account at the Employee Training website. Click on the “Learning Transcript” on the left side of the page. This will show your training records and completion dates, including this particular course. Additionally, under the “My Tasks” heading you will see if you are overdue for training.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Nelda Hume (nelda.hume@wsu.edu), or me.

Thank you, and Go Cougs!
