Priority metrics and benchmarks
By recommendation of the External Leadership Board of the college in June 2015, and through discussions at the VCEA Leadership Retreat in July 2015, a number of “priority metrics” were identified. These are the metrics which most readily indicate our progress in areas of emphasis for the college.
