Nghia Hoang<\/strong> received a National Science Foundation Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) award<\/a> for his work to improve the reliability of large AI\u202fmodels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thirteen Voiland College faculty and staff members<\/strong> were honored at this year\u2019s Excellence Celebration. Watch a video<\/a> of the event.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by Kristin Brand<\/strong>, with co-authors Michael Wolcott<\/strong>, Lina Martinez-Valencia<\/strong>, Dane Camenzind<\/strong>, Alessandro Martulli<\/strong>, Robert Malina<\/strong>, and Florian Allroggen<\/strong>, a study found<\/a> that while the U.S. could produce roughly two-thirds of its 2030 sustainable aviation fuel target, major challenges involving project implementation, feedstock supply, and market incentives remain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
