To achieve this, the <a href=\"https:\/\/vcea.wsu.edu\/faculty-staff\/strategic-plan\/employee-development-wellness-and-culture\/\">Employee Development, Wellness, and Culture Strategic Planning Task Force<\/a>&nbsp;is focusing on enhancing employee development, wellness, and fostering a strong sense of belonging within Voiland College.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve already begun some great initiatives, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Convocation, sponsored lectures, and VCEA town halls to foster open communication and community engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VCEA Day, VCEA Inside Scoop, and the VCEA Weekly Newsletter to build connections and share updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New faculty support on proposal writing to guide early-career faculty in their professional growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, the task force is exploring further strategies to enhance our culture, focusing on ways to foster belonging and ensure every employee feels valued and recognized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I encourage you to join this meeting \u2013 and this group &#8211; to provide your valuable input and help shape these initiatives.
