Minor capital budgeting accounts for assets that are $500,000 and below. Major capital budgeting includes assets over $500,000, with WSU Regents approving all WSU funded projects over $2M. Assets that are considered for capital planning have life cycles at, or in excess of, seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funding sources for capital renewals vary by priority, asset, scope and costs. The Documents, Links &amp; information that follows are provided for historical reference.
