[ATTN: VCEA STAFF/FACULTY] Linux Users’ Group are seeking a VCEA Faculty Advisor!

The Linux Users’ Group (LUG) are in the process of determining their first general meeting in efforts to recruit new member and re-establish presence on campus. Over the COVID-19 closure, their [former] advisory left WSU and are now in need of a new faculty advisor.

In order to fully re-establish their presence in an official capacity, the club is required to have a faculty advisor.

What is the obligation?

• Sign a “signature card” in the Cougar Card Center to activate club-use of the Registered Student Organization LUG account.
• Occasionally will need to sign Check Issuance Forms to approve club expenses or reimbursements with the RSO.
• Any additional engagement is determinate upon your willingness to do so, as it would be appreciated by the club but not obligated.
