It is important to learn and develop new skills that will make you an asset to the company or workplace environment. Be aware about the skills you currently have and how you can add more skills to compliment those.

Understand the foundational skills and experience you will need to get hired. Being in college gives you a better understanding of what career you are more interested in pursuing.
