Your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is a document that captures who you are, your experiences, your skills, and your education. It is your brand, and you will use it to market yourself for internships, jobs, scholarships, and professional memberships to name just a few. Your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is always a work in progress. As you add new education, experiences, and skills to your r\u00e9sum\u00e9, you will also remove items that are no longer relevant. As your marketing tool, it is not a record of everything you\u2019ve ever done, but is a customized document that tells the reader why you are a perfect fit for the opportunity. Once your r\u00e9sum\u00e9 is final, upload it to Handshake, complete your Handshake profile, and make your profile viewable by employers.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\r\n\n\n
