Kiera started her career interning at Rockwell Automation while studying mechanical engineering at Washington State, and went on to spend five years there growing from account manager to technology partner manager before moving into her current business development role at a systems integrator. She’s spent her career at the intersection of engineering and sales, helping manufacturing companies navigate digital transformation and build strategic technology partnerships. She’s happy to connect with students who are curious about what life after an engineering degree can actually look like.
