Martin Mehl is the Founder & CEO of Mentorship Academy and a Scholar-in-Residence at California Polytechnic State University’s College of Liberal Arts and Orfalea College of Business Graduate School, where he has spent 23 years teaching communication, research, and leadership. With three decades of expertise spanning broadcasting, consulting, pedagogy, and organizational development, Martin specializes in translating complex concepts, especially artificial intelligence and digital literacy, into practical, actionable strategies. He has collaborated with major clients, including Adobe, Apple, Audi, Harvard Medical School, & MIT, and holds a provisional patent for AI WorkScore™, an innovative method for measuring human-AI integration. A published author and thought leader, Martin also serves on the board of NEXT Integrative Minds Life Sciences and co-founded the Leaders Unplugged Speaker Series in his community. His mission: to ensure that critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and human potential work harmoniously with emerging technologies.
