David Grad is CEO and co-founder of learning tech platform, elevator9. He also serves as an executive coach, leadership program designer and facilitator, and a senior lecturer of the graduate course values-based leadership at IE New York College. Before transitioning into leadership development, David spent 22 years in media and entertainment—leading teams, earning four Emmy nominations and and Emmy for social-impact campaigns he co-created and produced at MTV. He holds an M.S. in Strategic Communication from Columbia University, dual B.A.s in Mass Communication and Theatre from Florida State University, and certifications in Brain-Based Coaching and Learning Science.
