Darren Alger is the Chairman & Founder of Unify Consulting. His vision to transform the consulting industry and build a Data and AI management consulting firm serving large organizations has led to Unify’s expansion into four markets with over 500 employees.

Darren’s experience at GE Information Services, IBM Global Services, startups, Microsoft, and as an early growth executive at Slalom inspired him to create Unify. The firm competes with large global consulting companies while maintaining a boutique feel and staying deeply engaged in the local community.

Outside of work, Darren participates in the American Corporate Partners (ACP) mentoring program, supporting and guiding veterans in their career transition. He also supports local nonprofit organizations, including Communities in Schools of Washington, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and Technology Access Fund. Additionally, he serves on WSU’s College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board and their Data Analytics Board.

He cherishes time with family and friends, enjoys skiing and reading, and is an avid golfer despite being constantly humbled by the sport.
