Casey Cotter is an engineer and entrepreneur focused on product development, systems design, and applied performance engineering. Cotter grew up on a ranch in Libby, Montana, an environment that shaped his practical, hands-on approach to engineering and problem-solving. He earned a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Montana Tech, building a multidisciplinary foundation for his work. He is the owner of Cotter Creations LLC, an engineering firm focused on product design, prototyping, and process improvement, as well as the owner of EPIC Lean, where he applies lean engineering and data-driven methodologies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and scale processes across organizations. Cotter’s approach combines technical execution with continuous improvement frameworks, enabling effective product development and measurable business outcomes.
