FIZ studio training series

First come first-served:

10 Student Max:

• Metal Studio
• Electrical Studio
• Wood Studio

4 Student Max:

• Welding Studio
• Laser Training

Dress Code:

• Clothing

  • Long pants made of non-synthetic fibers (cotton, denim, wool preferred).

  • Long sleeves recommended when grinding, cutting, or welding.

  • Clothing must be fitted (no loose sleeves, cuffs, or drawstrings).

• Footwear

  • Closed-toe leather or work boots preferred.

  • No sandals, mesh sneakers, or open footwear.

• Hair & Jewelry

  • Long hair tied back securely (above collar).

  • No dangling jewelry, lanyards, or loose accessories.

  • Remove rings and watches when operating equipment.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (provided during training)

  • Safety glasses at all times in shop.

  • Hearing protection when operating loud tools.

  • Welding hood.

  • Gloves as appropriate (cut-resistant, welding, or heat-resistant depending on task).
