Graduate Student Listening Sessions
The Community Leadership Council will host two listening sessions for graduate students. We will present the VCEA results of the 2023 Graduate Student Survey and seek feedback and additional perspectives on your experience as a graduate student in our college. Come to listen or come to share, we want a large sample size!
- Session 1: Friday, January 24, 2025, 2-4 pm, Sloan 169
- Session 2: Monday, February 24, 4-6 pm, Paccar 202
Each session will repeat the same presentation, but feel free to attend both. Food will be served.
Reading and Discussion Group
Each month, in partnership with the Engineering Education Research Center, we hold a lunch gathering to discuss an engineering or architecture education research paper. The paper is circulated several weeks in advance in hopes that everyone can read it prior to the meeting, but anyone is welcome to attend even if they have not read the paper. All faculty, staff, students, and postdocs are welcome.
Upcoming dates are:
- January 27, 2025, 12-1 pm, Sloan 146 (Reading for Jan 27)
- February 24, 2025, 12-1 pm, Sloan 146
- March 24, 2025, 12-1 pm, Sloan 146
- April 28, 2025, 12-1 pm, Sloan 146
