Voiland College’s facilities modernizations plan has four distinct phases.
Phase I (Schweitzer Engineering Hall) and Phase II are located on the Green parking lot south of Daggy and Carpenter halls.
Phase III is located on the sites of Dana Hall, the Electrical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering Building, and Sloan Hall.
Phase IV is a future phase on the site of Daggy Hall.
