Senior Director, Real Estate Design and Construction, Vulcan
Jim Broadlick leads project teams for Vulcan’s development of office, life sciences,
residential and mixed-use projects. Jim is responsible for developing and maintaining Vulcan’s relationship with the general contractor industry. Through the management of Vulcan’s construction projects, Jim has been instrumental in creating millions of square feet of high-performing quality assets. Jim also manages construction for Vulcan affiliates including the Allen Institute, Cinerama, Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum, Living Computers Museum+Labs, Museum of Pop Culture and The Hospital Club.
Previous experience: Prior to joining Vulcan in 2008, Jim served as an engineering project manager for Amgen and a project executive for Skanska USA.
Education: B.A. from Warren Wilson College, Secondary Teaching Credential at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
