Happy December!
Here’s our latest update on the project.
You may have noticed a lot happening around the site!
- Mechanical and electrical finishing work is in progress as systems are being trimmed out and commissioned.
Interior construction is moving along with framing, drywall, paint, casework, flooring, and tile installation. - The plaza and sidewalks along College Ave are now completed, and the road beside the building is scheduled to reopen this month.
- Inside the building, railings are being installed around floor openings and stairs, and rooms are receiving final lighting, ceiling tiles, and fixtures.
Please continue to be mindful of signage and vehicle traffic around the site.
