Meet one of our new graduate assistants for the 2021 Voiland Career Student Services, Jovannie “Jojo” Laforga!
Born and raised in Hawai’i, Jojo is excited to be back in school and will be starting her 5th year majoring in architecture. She will be a part of the Master of Architecture 1-year accelerated program. A couple of her favorite projects that she has done during her undergraduate degree at WSU involved generating designs for low-income communities/families. When Jojo is not in school or working, she is dancing, hiking, surfing at the beach, and/or spending time with family and friends.
Jovannie will be available to help students with their resumes, cover letters, internship/job search more during her office hours in Dana Hall 138:
- Mondays and Wednesdays 1 – 5pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 – 11:30am
- Fridays 8am – 1pm
