Professional Applicant Profile Portal

Submittable – Get Noticed Now

Welcome to Submittable, the Washington State University Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture professional applicant profile submission portal. What Submittable offers students and alumni:

  • An online professional profile that highlights skills, experiences, and career goals
  • The opportunity to connect with prospective employers

Students and alumni who complete the profile form are entered into an applicant gallery where employers can review the information submitted. Employers use the Gallery to find applicants for open internship, co-op, and permanent positions.

Getting Started

To create your individual profile, select this link and make an account.  Once you have made an account, select the “Create Profile” box and answer the questions. You will be asked several questions related to you, your career path, your education, skills and projects, plus given the opportunity to personalize your profile by uploading a professional photo, resume, video introduction, and example project related to your field of study. Keep in mind, the more information your provide, the more likely you are to gain the interest of a prospective employer.

Each applicant is limited to one submission, but updates to the submission are possible. Once a profile is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Voiland College Internships and Career Services office. Approved profiles will be added to the Gallery. Applicants may withdraw their profile at any time.

Submitted Your Profile?

Congratulations! You are one step closer to your career!

What to expect:

  1. Keep an eye out for an approval email from Submittable – your profile will either be approved, or be sent back to you for additional edits
  2. Once your profile is approved, it will be uploaded to the Gallery for prospective employers to browse
  3. Employers will use the contact information you provided to reach out regarding any internship, co-op, or full time positions they have available
