Led by Kristin Brand, with co-authors Michael Wolcott, Lina Martinez-Valencia, Dane Camenzind, Alessandro Martulli, Robert Malina, and Florian Allroggen, a study found that while the U.S. could produce roughly two-thirds of its 2030 sustainable aviation fuel target, major challenges involving project implementation, feedstock supply, and market incentives remain.
