Strategic Planning Task Force Teams

Voiland College’s strategic planning efforts will continue through the efforts of four cross-disciplinary implementation teams that will play a crucial role in shaping the path forward for the college.

In 2023-2024 these teams will craft a comprehensive “road map” that will guide the college towards achieving its goals in four critical areas identified in the strategic plan. Each team has started cataloging the current strategies, tactics, and metrics within the college that contribute to our strategic planning goals. Subsequently, the teams will collaborate to identify and recommend new strategies and tactics essential for successfully reaching Voiland College’s goals and objectives.
