Wellness Wednesday Remote Yoga & Stretching
System-wide Wellness Wednesday Remote Yoga & Stretching will be offered weekly until June 12. This is also suitable for those wanting to supplement their workday with a quick midday mindfulness and stretching break, perhaps in the convenience of an office chair. We will work to build strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and complete our yoga practice feeling resilient and refreshed.
