Regulation USA Baseball metal bats are more forgiving than wood for young players who might not connect with the ball on a bat’s optimal “sweet spot,” according to research led by Lloyd Smith.

The Washington State Conservation Commission has awarded researchers led by Birgitte Ahring $200,000 to test a new process for managing manure.Feng Zhao received a $275,000 NSF grant titled, “Collaborative Research: ENG-SEMICON: RUI: Carbohydrate Memristor Empowered Environmentally Sustainable Processor-in-Memory.”
