Returning to Campus
Voiland College is under the directive that if you can work effectively from home, then you should work from home.
For those who cannot work effectively from home and who intend on resuming work on campus, there are some important steps to take prior to transitioning:
- Notify your supervisor immediately of your intention and your proposed work schedule.
- Complete the WSU COVID-19 Safe Return to Work and Disinfecting the Workplace for COVID-19 trainings.
- Review the WSU HRS Employee Guide for Returning to a WSU Work Location.
- Review Voiland College’s Return to Work Location Distancing and Disinfection Plan.
- Complete the VCEA Return to Work Request Form. Do not return to work at a WSU location until you have received approval from your supervisor. All employees must fill out this request form even if they have received prior supervisor approval.
- Review and implement the Staged Return to On-site Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activities guidelines (PDF) and receive written approval from your school director or department head before returning to your campus laboratory.
- Log in to my.WSU and complete the WSU COVID-19 Employee Attestation Form each day you report to a WSU work location.
- Bookmark the VCEA Faculty/Staff Web page for easy access to all this and other important VCEA employee information.
